Yes, of course. Because customer satisfaction is our main priority We offer up to 5 revisions on each banner giving our customer empowerment over their purchase.

How do I place an order for banner design?
Please click here to fill in order form. You will be asked to provide some basic information to help us design your banner, such as - banner type (gif or/and PSD), banner size (468x60, 88x31, 100x100 etc), text to be used on the banner and your requirements regarding your banner design.

What is PSD file?
PSD (Photoshop document) is the native bitmap file format of the Adobe Photoshop digital imaging application. This format is usually used to edit files before converting them into a more accessible format such as gif, Jpeg. We create all our banners using Photoshop. PSD file contains editable layers so you can modify them. If you need Photoshop (PSD) or flash source file for your banners we will charge extra $4.00 per each banner.

How much does it costs to design a banner?
A Banner design cost depends on the type and size of banner. Check our pricing page for detailed rates for each banner size and type.

When can I see a sample of my banner design?
Banner designs are created within 48 hours of receipt of initial payment. Your banner designs are delivered either via email or download on our web site.

How do I communicate with my designer and BannerSquare?
As the majority of our design clients are remote, we recommend communication via e-mail so that any revisions, edits and communication will be added to your job file. This will enable us to always have access to your requests and comments.

Can my banner be ordered and designed completely over the web?
Yes. Your requirements can be submitted by our order form. This information is passed on to our on-staff designers who will create your banner to your specifications (color, concept, content and usage). Once your banner is completed, you can download ALL the required file formats directly from our site.
